What is Roots to Legacy All About?
I believe the legacy we leave is the most valuable thing we can contribute to the world. Legacies come in many forms, family, friendship, financial, posterity, etc. We all create and leave legacies whether we consciously create one or not. If leaving a legacy truly is the most valuable thing we create, then how important is it to design the legacy we want? I submit it is essential.
I also believe it is essential to understand the roots that gave us life in order to fully design the legacy we leave. We all come from different backgrounds, all on a different wide spectrum of positives and negatives. In any case, knowing our roots can help us navigate our present and improve our future.
My name is Ryan Hughes. I’m a husband, a father, a designer, and a thinker. I’m also deeply interested in my roots and how they influence the legacy I am trying to build.
